The Rockford Stamp Club (RSC) is a local club that consists of 50 local stamp collecting members within Illinois and bordering the state of Wisconsin. This non-profit organization, founded on Aug. 21, 1930. Rockford Stamp Notes is the RSC's official publication. Ten issues per year are distributed to RSC members.
